πI came to the UW School of Dentistry hoping to finally improve my teeth after a childhood injury caused me to lose my front teeth. I was excited and trusted the process, especially after being referred to specialists.!! Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed and emotionally stressed. During treatment for a temporary crown/restoration, I noticed my gum was pushed back and looked uneven afterward. This really upset me because I already struggle with confidence about my teeth, and I did not feel properly reassured or informed about what happened. I understand this is a teaching clinic with students involved, but patients still deserve careful communication, supervision, and compassion. Right now I am left worried about my gums and uncertain about my treatment going forward.

I am very grateful for the excellent care Iβve received here and the (Shoreline) Hygiene Clinic at UW. All three of the providers Iβve seen had exceptional bedside manner and did wonderful work. Scheduling was easy. Honored to receive care here.

Not a great experience. My pre-doc dental student had a tough time removing the plaque from under the gum line. I've heard from others that it's especially hard plaque, and she was getting some negative feedback from her supervising professors as she tried to remove it. So I get it: more challenging than the average. But, as a dentist, she will encounter all sorts of patients... She was pleasant, warm - but increasingly difficult to pin down about appointments. She was on vacation, school was on break, she'd get back to me..... I was persistent; she was evasive. Once, she did offer me a next-day appointment that I could not take advantage of (coming from Kitsap, etc) . And that was that. In about a year of appointments, we'd only gotten the top teeth cleaned. We never had an unpleasant interaction. But I would have been better served had she been more forthcoming. I would have sought another route to dental care and instead things drifted.

My daughters wisdom teeth surgery went great. But they didn't give us any after care instructions except a little paper with barely any information on it. And they didn't send any of her prescriptions to the pharmacy and I called every after hours number and left numerous messages and no one ever called me back. I had to take her to our emergency room and thank God they gave her pain medication there. And the next day I still had to call 2 times to finally get them to send her prescriptions over. If it wasn't for our emergency room my daughter would have had no pain medication at all. I am very disappointed in the way they handled it all.

I LOVE THIS OFFICE. I really enjoyed my multiple appointments for my dental work. Everyone on the team like the women at the front, the hygienist, assistants, and especially Dr. Sadr! He was so gentle, honest and helpful to me! I've always had a good experience here and will continue to come. Thank you, Dr. Sadr!
